      Pros

      Great social culture, with very friendly and helpful staff. Colleagues will quite often go above what's required.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Expected to work whenever required, but no real benefit in giving up your personal time. They promote over communicate and clear information, where quite often changes pushed by HR or senior management, the employee is the last to know. Where possible costs will be pushed onto the employee. Upper management care more about next sale or acquisition, more than current employees. There is a lot of underlying discontent, staff retention is lower now than ever, from around 8 to 10% nearing 20% currently. Limited growth opportunities, real difficult place to look at for a long term career.

      Awesome work culture. Importance given to employees well being. Works on latest technologies. Recognition is given for work well done and appreciated.

      Cons

      Career growth from one level to another is less. Sometimes more importance is given to older employees.
