The highly matrixed organization is creating division and poor management culture lacks the directive for collaboration to effectively address customer challenges. The pay is well below the average for similar roles and there is lack of ability to be recognized and promoted based on merit. There is a lack of resources provided to enable quality and to meet customer commitments. Burnout and lack of compensation has lead to high turnaround.
