Pros
Currently: None except I am being paid not to work. Prior to January 21: Flexible work schedule, hybrid schedule, great benefits. I enjoyed working here and it was a position work environment.
Cons
Currently: I was terminated in February because I was a probationary employee, treated terribly, not given any information, charged for insurance I did not have once reinstated, and overall this work environment has caused me immense stress. I am not allowed on the property to get my belongings from my locker. Prior to January 21: Getting decisions could be slow, impacting work time. That now does not matter because we are no longer funding states work.
