Our objective is to be sure our team members are treated fairly and with respect in our environment, and we are sorry that you didn't feel you had that experience during your tenure with us. Health & Safety is a number one priority at FGF and our leadership teams, team members, and our Health & Safety team are all committed and focused in this area. We are glad you worked with a great team, and yes, we do run 12 hour shifts in our plants, however based on the feedback from our engagement surveys many of our team members prefer this schedule. We also offer extensive training and career development; safety shoe programs; benefits; the opportunity to work overtime if desired, and accelerated career growth opportunities.
