      Pros

      Line leaders and Team leaders are good. Human resource department is excellent. Aside from this, health and safety is number one priority at FGF Brands. It was nice experience to work in this Company.

      Cons

      Slow growth of employees. As, I have worked as Team Member for 1 Year, after I applied for oven operator, I didn't get the job.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
