      Pros

      It’s not just a bunch of white guys running things at FGF. Most of upper management are a wide range of ethnicities and backgrounds. The company definitely goes out of its way to hire a diverse staff and make sure more than one perspective is heard and respected.

      Cons

      Not as much gender diversity in upper management.

      Than you for your review. Diversity is not simply a box we check it is baked in. If we want to solve complex challenges, we need great minds with different backgrounds and perspectives to come together. When you compare cross functionally our gender diversity is representative of our team member population.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
