      Free food The team was great but unfortunately leaving due to 24 hours of work! (unpaid)

      There is no work-life balance Very low employee satisfaction Very high churn rate within IT Micro-management, long hours and irregular schedules

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
