      Pros

      Not sure what else to say other than I like it so far. It’s exactly what I was expecting and they haven’t pulled the rug out from under me yet. My hours are consistent and I’m getting paid more than at my last job.

      Cons

      I don’t like every single one of my coworkers, but even then there aren’t any issues or fights or anything.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
