      Pros

      There are so many benefits and positives to working at FGF Brands. Every day I come to work and I feel proud of what we are aiming to accomplish. The entire FGF community cares about becoming the Worlds Greatest Baker. What a great environment to spend your day! I now understand when people talk about enjoying their work, because I love being at FGF and hope to spend the rest of my career here.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
