      .Infrastructure and facilities are good. . Many extra activities other than work. . The upper management is supportive. .Get opportunity to work with different things

      Cons

      . If your manager is good everything goes well. . In my experience they micromanage people. . Not following any proper software development life cycle. . If you are from any MNC that follows proper process it will be difficult for you to work, there in the software development team. . Many internal politics are going on there .Positions are given regardless of experience.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
