Pros

Learn all of the skill sets needed to successfully run your own business someday. There's also plenty of room for advancement into higher levels of management within the company for those willing to go the extra mile. Many employees on the marketing staff making (6) SIX FIGURES/yr. Everything is clearly laid out as far as expectations and advancement. It's fun dealing with homeowners every day. Entry level employees get a decent hourly plus bonuses for performance. The ones who follow the well defined system and produce are rewarded. The managers are also rewarded for making sure the people they train are successful so everyone has a vested interest in everyone else's success. Lots of room for career growth. We also spend a lot of time on mindset development and professional development.

Cons

You earn what you're worth. We build our paycheck every two weeks. That can be difficult for people who lack confidence, who aren't coachable, or don't follow directions very well. Easy if people apply themselves.

Pros

You’ll learn to handle rejection better than anywhere else. If you can sell here, you can sell anywhere. Great crash course in corporate buzzwords and “fake it till you make it.” Lots of practice smiling through unrealistic expectations. You’ll master the art of working under extreme pressure.

Cons

Unrealistic performance expectations and constant pressure to meet aggressive sales quotas. Product pricing is significantly higher than market alternatives, making closing deals challenging. Management often focuses more on numbers than employee well-being. High turnover due to burnout and lack of genuine support. Training can feel more like indoctrination than skill-building. Company culture prioritizes image and sales over authenticity and transparency. Limited work-life balance; long hours and late appointments are common. Communication between departments can be inconsistent or unclear.
