It's important to us to communicate organizational or structural changes with openness and transparency, and we're sorry to hear that has not been your perspective. We did update our employee engagement survey for many reasons, including a couple that you mention: better questions to understand true employee sentiment and comment boxes to share more. We hope this opens doors to better conversation, planning and strategy for our employees!
