2yThank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback regarding our Total Rewards, which we continuously evaluate. However, we are always looking to improve in areas where there's opportunity. We are a regulated entity which comes with its own expectations and requirements; however, it also helps ensure we are a safe and sound organization, resulting in a stable environment for our employees and our members. We strive to communicate with employees as much as possible and that has increased over the years with our bankwide intranet page, weekly news digests, monthly staff meetings led by our President/CEO in partnership with senior management and period HR/DEI News updates. Regarding training, we have a dedicated training and development budget for both technical and soft skills, which is set based on input from management across the bank reflecting the current and future needs of the bank and our employees.
