Pros

Benefits. Really good healthcare benefits.

Cons

Work Life Balance is almost non-existence. You will be working evenings and weekends with no end in sight because they are understaffed and won't hire more people. There is very limited career growth. There are no reward systems in place. Some work areas are nice and others are not- very little consistency here. Micromanagement is extreme. They want to have the flexible workplace culture and they do have a flexible workplace policy, but most managers are just not ready for this and they do not support it. They say they do, but they don't. Working from home is frowned upon and comes with many stipulations, it becomes not worth it. Allowing time for an employee to go to a Doctor appointment is not a flexible workplace culture. I saw another poster put flexibility was "achievable" and that sums up how they really feel about it.
