Dealing with the city isn’t a piece of cake

I’ve been in the role for around five months now and have genuinely enjoyed my time so far. Before joining, I had some concerns based on older reviews, but my experience has been very different and far more positive than expected. The company feels well organised and forward-looking, with a supportive culture and good communication. There’s trust in people to do their jobs properly, and ideas and improvements are welcomed. It’s been an engaging and rewarding environment to work in, and I’m pleased with the decision to join.

No real negatives from my experience so far.
