Pros
Great pay, plentiful overtime available, monthly production bonus, yearly holiday bonus, free turkey, employee parties a few times a year, opportunities to learn new processes and to operate different machines.
Cons
Production is top priority, so sometimes things are continually repaired instead of replaced to avoid prolonged downtime. Supervisors have to be demanding to ensure production, which can lead to conflict with workers, but they are good people and it isn't personal. Work is dangerous, safety is VERY important.
