4yThank you so much for taking time to provide your candid feedback. We take all feedback very seriously and we are sorry if our actions have caused you to feel this way about FIECON. We are a people-focused organisation and have several platforms for our team members to feed back and ask questions about all aspects of the business. We are incredibly proud that our bi-annual culture surveys have always resulted in an overall score of over 90%. In addition, our exit interviews have been positive in nature, and we continue to maintain fantastic relationships with many ex-colleagues. We are therefore very disappointed that your own experience seems to have been so far away from the experience of other team members and that you did not feel you were able to use any of the methods of feeding back to share these concerns prior to leaving us.
Having reviewed our small pool of ex-colleagues, we are struggling to identify you and what happened. Our current colleagues have not shared this experience and so are unable to offer any thoughts on what improvements we need to make. At FIECON, we are committed to seeking feedback and implementing the necessary corrective measures wherever necessary, we would therefore be incredibly grateful if you could kindly contact us directly so that we can understand what it was about your experience that led you to feel this way and any ideas you may have to improve.
