Poor senior management - Manager FIECON Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging our lovely team and office space. Our team satisfaction scores are consistently high, with an overall score of more than 90% in all of our internal surveys, run over a number of years. This was recently externally validated when we were awarded 'Great Place to Work' certification with an overall score of 89%. A focus on financials is essential in any business to ensure its health but at FIECON it is not at the expense of all else, we aim to always ensure a balance while taking a people first mentality. Equally a level of employee turnover is to be expected, we don't see that as a negative but as something really exciting to watch, when our colleagues and friends go off on new adventures we wish them the best of luck and leave the door open for the future.
