      Young, friendly team and office in central London

      Cons

      Horrible, ineffective senior management purely focused on money and zero focus on staff wellbeing and retention. No yearly pay reviews despite record revenue. Rude and obnoxious CEOs who refuse to listen to feedback

      Great employer with a good work/life balance, couldn't recommend enough.

      Hard to think of any, if anything progression can be a bit slow but that's an industry wide issue.
