Pros
Great introduction to Retail with an easygoing but responsible team. Team members were given several roles within the Store to round out their experience in the industry.
Cons
Manager displayed occasional favouritsm to certain team members, leading to greater leniency and opportunities for greater pay (shifts & public holidays). While this is expected to some degree due to reasons such as performance, it was evident that much of this was due to personal relationships outside of work and thus comes across as acts of unprofessional management.
