very poor office culture - people are lazy and neglecting their duties (spend hours to chat every day) and very political (managers got fired or disappeared without noticing to their team). the company doesn't understand the importance of other departments except for the sales team for short-term growth.

Products are promising. Needs improvement here and there, perfection always needed. Technologies never stagnant.

Confusion among the management hence the product improvement is very slow. Also the after sales service not work well. Management cannot accept critics.
