Pros
Great spirited team, international operations keeps things interesting. New offices in DC are very nice and subsidiaries are improving their working environments. Reputation is golden.
Cons
Everybody wants to work for FINCA (at least seemed that way) so everybody is easily replaced. The bigger issue is that the organization is fundamentally changing as it transforms to fully commercial operations and banking licensed status. The pressures of investors is dominating many decisions that previously were more immune from the need to earn returns on capital.
