Pros
FINCA is a great place to work. The DC office has gone hybrid/remote since Covid and this has improved most employees work/life balance as work is now mostly about productivity, not simply being in the office from 9-6 everyday. Like many organizations in 2023, FINCA is still working the kinks out when it comes to remote work. If you are interested in international poverty alleviation, and want to work in a dynamic and mission driven organization with a strong history and culture, FINCA is an excellent organization.

If you need to work at a steady organization, the constant change at FINCA might not be to your liking.
