10yWe are sorry for your individual experience. FINCA genuinely values our employees’ experience and we want every single employee to have a fulfilling career here. Over the years, many of employees who left for other opportunities ended up returning, including our current Co-CEO.
FINCA is laser-like focused on our client/customer experience, including our internal experience. In the past year, we have:
- Expanded our training offered to help employees skills, including Lean Six Sigma, training for first-time supervisors, etc.
- Established and developed a training on our internal brand values, which include reward integrity, accountability and commitment
- Initiated a worldwide employee recognition program, the Star Award, to celebrate the amazing achievements of our employees.
FINCA believes our most important obligation is to our clients and employees. Again, we are very sorry for your personal experience and wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.
