      They make a cool product

      Cons

      Horrible pay rates Horrible benefits They will lose contracts due to not wanting to pay competitively They will hire contractors and pay them far more than you could ever make working for them directly. They make billions if dollars in sales but aren't all that profitable and good at keeping contracts due to not running things the best way. They are at risk of losing their Navy contract for the FMG but they decided now was the time to build fancy new glass offices on the water in Green Bay
