Great Place to work. The working environment is great and the management is helpful

I haven't experienced anything negative in the organization.

FIND has a great mission, really smart colleagues who are passionate about the work they do.

Leadership lacks leadership and management experience. Alot of highly technical leaders who have little to no experience managing people and teams. Administrative operations are far behind standard practices, little room for feedback or acceptance. At times too political and can be somewhat an organization of old friends not high performers.
