      - good people around - not stressful, low chargeback cases on average -spikes on festive seasons manageable

      Cons

      - boring - lack of career development - in a year only increase pay by RM100 (sometimes only if you're lucky) - no interesting activities to keep employees engaged - company seems to be cutting budget
