Your feedback is not at all consistent with the results of our annual employee survey and also is not consistent with other feedback on Glassdoor. Our latest staff survey shows 90 percent of employees have positive opinions about Finn Partners as “a great place to work.” Additionally, 70 percent of our staff describe their work-life balance as “very good” or “pretty good,” and 83 percent say their job satisfaction at Finn Partners is the same or better than previous jobs. Furthermore, we are continuously working to improve our culture, an area where our staff currently rates us very high in terms of being generous (75%), respectful and supportive (88%), energetic and enthusiastic (83%) and even fun (80%). As is the case with most PR agencies, we do expect a measure of flexibility and assertiveness from our staff. We regret this opportunity did not work out for you or for the agency.
