Pros

Summer days or any AL that means you’re away from the horrible people that work at this company

Cons

Please DO NOT work here if you value your mental health and self confidence. The mere fact that they’ve featured fake reviews and tried to suppress the bad ones should tell you everything. The management at FP are nasty and do not care about new staff whatsoever. AVPs/AMs make others feel awful for making a mistake or not doing things their way and their management style simply consists of micromanaging and bullying. I genuinely wonder how the London office is still operating considering there have been multiple reviews on here exposing their racism, harassment and bullying of staff. The fact that they treat staff based on how much they like/dislike them rather than the work they do says it all about the politics at play at this office. They have 0 ambition and creativity, they simply churn out the same ideas across all accounts which explains why their clients are small and insignificant. Let’s be honest, the people that have been at this company for years have only done so because they know they wouldn’t last in the real world.

Pros

Prioritizes work-life balance and enormous openness to feedback.

Cons

Limited opportunities for growth (I was part of a team that had no promotions in 6+ years, despite the fact that all of them are amazing), DEI façade to "pretend" they're part of a progressive movement (I'm nonbinary, I said this in my application and interview process, and literally no one ever used my correct pronouns, especially my manager who I talked about this with several times), and there's a lot of chaos that folks simply accept as a fact of life rather than something to grow from and improve. There's simply no desire to collaborate for growth—literally one of the most dysfunctional places I've worked at.
