      Ability to move up, teamwork environment, a healthy competitive culture to be great. Great individuals to work with. Ability to openly communicate with upper management.

      Cons

      Just like any job, some days are stressful. That is just part of this line of work, I don't see it as a con.

      Pros

      Nothing positive to say about this company. Probably the free donuts every Friday is the only good thing I can think of.

      Cons

      Worst place ever to work! Troy the senior accountant is extremely unprofessional and does nothing but watches YouTube all day on his downtime. He’s extremely emotional for a manager and brings his personal life into work. Not to mention, he refers to his superiors as the B word when things don’t go his way. There’s so much more to say but if you are under his position, DO NOT TRUST HIM at all.
