      During halloween season it's very hectic including the closer it gets to October 31st.

      Pros

      You learn quite a bit in a job here. You get to do many things, wear many hats. It's a family owned business. Owners are nice and treat you like there own.

      Cons

      You are expected to work quite a lot. Pay is low given that there are practically no benefits. Your pay won't increase significantly for a long time even if you are the top performer.
