      Pros

      Folks aren't toxic and are friendly. Many people who have been there for notable years.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs. Very little professional development. Will allocate you to 100% billable. 401k gets little match and even then it is vested over three years with no match for the first year. Health insurance options are poor and they require your spouse get insurance at their work if they are eligible for a plan through their work. Very stingy on the benefits that count.

      Pros

      Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

      Cons

      After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
