Pros
- There was a drink machine in the break room - The office was located near lots of places to eat lunch
Cons
- Almost everything. I had actually typed out a really long and detailed explanation of how terribly run a company FIS is, but I decided a simple answer would be clear enough. - The 401k, stock matching, and health benefits are about average for a company that size. If you are a in a position that requires you to be able to: get answers to questions, respond quickly to customer requests/complaints, make decisions and act upon them without approval of 3+ people who likely only 1 has any idea of what it is you do, and so on... FIS is not the place for you.
