Pros
Good communication with management, good office environment, many opportunities to handle difficult tasks and grow one's work role.
Cons
The compensation for similar positions can vary greatly, and the network and PC procurement and security measures can be very stifling to operation of the business. It would be nice if half of the work effort was not involved in trying to work through issues with our own security and support.
