Pros
There are no reasons to work with this company as it does not have concern with their employees and are very rude specially the HR team.
Cons
They do not care for their employes if they left the company, even with the valid and genuine reason. I had a medical issue in between my working hours so I went to the hospital with manager's permission and gone through the treatment for one year. I had gone through three surgeries in that one year. When I came back to the company with all my medical reports, No one from the HR team came to see me or check my documents. They just told me on the phone that I can't rejoin. What the hell was that. The whole HR team is a crap and it should be changed and all the Hr's should be suspended so that they could know that how it feels when you works from a company and trust that company but the company throw you out without any valid reason.
