Pros
Workers were nice and there's allot of MANDATORY over-time.
Cons
Mandatory everyone to work 5 days a week @12+ hrs. per day . Enormous amount of worker turnover due to $ and employee burn out from the mandatory hours. Expect @ .10-.25 cent yearly increases...regardless of above average performance. Eat, sleep, go back to work..no time for family nor no time off for holidays.
