Provides Friendly environment to work with minimum pressure. Scope of learning is immense, thus providing a good opportunity for a learner. Achievements are recognized and appreciated.
Cons
Growth is not fast. Promotions are rare to find. Since the pressure is not high so only people leave the company. Company business is stable however not growing so fast. Increments are low even for high achiever.
