Pros

- To good work life balance with people starting other businesses, playing golf and disappearing for haircuts during the day. Reported to HR and ignored. - They refuse to sack people regardless of fail and massive losses.

Cons

- Those who innovate tend to be side-lined and bulled out as it embarrasses the management who always argue against the changes (numerous examples). - Threats are very common both to gain promotions and pay-raise and also to keep people quiet about management corruption. - Company survey is not anonymous and is used by management to attack the staff. This is so well know no one risks writing comments. - HR is non-existent, anything reported (in emails or private meetings) is ignored. It is very likely you won't have a HR representative. I suspect they are massively overworked. - Promotions are done in secret, managers promote their friends to cover their malfeasance. - Applications for other internal roles does not exist. Feel free to apply, you'll hear nothing back. - A lot of effort has been made to promote qualifications at the company however their offerings are so poor (particularly for university courses) no one is doing them. - They are haemorrhaging staff.
