- Management ignored innovation and products had no clear direction nor did anyone care to fix it.
- Terrible onboarding for clients, who expected you to know everything in an environment where FIS had no idea themselves.
- The company listed "people as their biggest asset" but fired people constantly and did it in terrible ways with no consideration for the people/person they were firing.
- Sat in a room of 48 people where we were all let go and they told us we could "reapply" if we were still interested in working there. creating confusion as to why they wouldn't do interviews before letting people go and then letting go the people after the fact.
- I can handle being let go to change direction of teams, because honestly - business is business - but doing it right before christmas when NOBODY is going to HIRE is a straight "Screw you" to people you claim to value.
