No Future - Anonymous employee FIS Employee Review

Lots of quality and knowledgeable folks have been let go this year as recently as today. No transparency from the CEO. Priority only seems to be padding shareholder pockets, not positive client outcomes. If you stay long enough, you won't get to retire with the company, you will be laid off eventually. Salary is solid, but the paranoia for the reasons above is getting to be a bit much. I have no desire to advance because it only makes me a bigger RIF candidate. The company has no problem spending lavishly in others though, just not in the things that truly matter.
