Pros

Pro is only work from home

Cons

I dedicated five years of my career to this company, but since 2023, the overall work environment and treatment of employees have significantly deteriorated. There have been frequent and inconsistent transfers to other companies and back, widespread layoffs, and an 80% reduction in incentives. Unfortunately, the senior management lacks accountability and ownership. The managers here are often clueless, and there is a clear communication gap between management and team leaders. Even the smallest concerns have to be routed through team leaders just to reach someone who can make a decision, which is extremely frustrating and inefficient. Basic employee rights are disregarded — there are no night shift allowances, no Diwali or Christmas bonuses, and no other perks. It often feels like pure exploitation of the workforce. On top of this, the targets set are unrealistic, and when someone does manage to meet them, there is always an error cited to further cut incentives that have already been reduced by 80%. The salary offered is minimum, with no real scope for growth or improvement, and job security is practically non-existent. Instead of support, there are constant threats of termination. Senior managers appear completely disconnected from the reality on the ground and act as if we are working only to afford luxury items, with no regard for our well-being. There are other things I would prefer not to disclose, but the overall culture has become toxic and demotivating.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
