Pros

The only advantage of working here is that they have work from home.

Cons

Management is poor. Too much work pressure, no breaks/breather allowed in between. You get break as per schedule, for dot 30 minutes, if you’re not back by that time, they start reducing your login hours and mark half day, even if you’re 2 minutes late. No chance of growth. No cooperation. No empathy.

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

Cons

Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

Flexible Remote Helpful colleagues Work life balance

Cons

No Team Bonding Not enough collaboration between team members Not enough team members in a team Too much budget costs and push a lot of the work to few employees.
