Pros
Awesome management and they do a lot of little things for employees to make it special. They try hard to offer good benefits and are comparable to most companies of options and costs. Don't give you a hard time about being sick or taking time off. Generally, care about you.
Cons
Salary is a little low for the type of work. If not in a sit down office position, the job can be very physical and hot and pay is lower then a lot of other employer's in the area.
