Great coworkers but poor management and HR issues - Extrusion Operator FITT (Italy) Employee Review

Management and HR are incompetent. Management asks for OT and then mandates if you don't volunteer. HR is unavailable most of the time or behind a locked door in the office. HR director and plant manager have fired people for no reason also
