Pros
There are some highly skilled individuals there who would enjoy the chance to contribute their skills, yet the leadership has given them low confidence in engaging due to toxic management skills and creative exploitation. From the beginning, each member has expressed their issues with the company with no response or change from management. This has deteriorated any sense of culture and has made the employees very unhappy. Mainly they have to stay because there are not many creative opportunities in Philadelphia and bare the toxicity. The other negative comments have seemly been true, the positive reviews just seem like PR implants to fix their image and mask the bad reviews.
Cons
Power dynamics in leadership. Lots of broken trust and internal issues. Office Politics - even leadership talks smack about each other. Insecure about anyone employee who seems like a threat to their unresolved issues. Will tell you anything to get you excited to work hard, will not compensate you for your effort afterward. Tactically pacify the team by keeping announcing new perks or projects that never take off. Keeps any personal account and will twist the story to their benefit. Don't trust. And overall Hands down the worst experience in my career, and regret even joining them.
