Moved here from Brazil to work for Flammia - amazing experience the company pays really well, helped me get settled in Germany and resolved all the visa troubles for me, helped with the flat for my family and has offered multiple training opportunities: from German language courses, to project management. Really happy so far. Bonus is that the company culture is very open and close knit, so I felt like I am part of a community here from the start.
Cons
in the beginning the management had more time to invest in employees and frequent company dinners, go carting, bowling, etc. - this has become less frequent as the company grew - please return to old frequency!
