Good place to coast through. You can show up at 9 and leave at 5, keep your head low, and you won't ever be bothered.
Cons
If you are looking for growth opportunities or a cohesive team, this is not the place. Senior Management is in fear of making any decisions because CEO has fired so many that had unique ideas.
