Pros
great culture tools and stacks
Cons
none i can think of
Pros
I have about 20 years of experiences and have worked for multiple startups and established firms alike. Manoeuvring a startup through rough seas takes vision, courage and a commitment towards adaptation and change. I am happy being part of this fulfilling journey where we are embarking on strategic initiatives that are taking us to the next stage much closer to the mature platform encompassing experiences and feedback of a varied bouquet of stakeholders. With new vigour in the team, we have been quite busy incorporating the best practices in enterprise architecture and that allows me to keep abreast of technology. Overall, as a core technical person, there is sufficient challenge to keep me engaged with expanding boundaries in areas like system design, updated technology stacks, scalability and system security. The management has never been shy to introduce the best processes and practices while genuinely caring for employee welfare. FMClarity has a strong growth mindset with a diverse team where creativity thrives.
Cons
Significant growth spurts come with aches and pains but only a mindset that takes it in a positive light would be compatible as solving scalability and other teething problems always hints towards an dominant SaaS player emerging in it's domain.
Pros
I could not find any Pros
Cons
Poor leadership from top to bottom. Lack of direction and vision. Incompetent management. Toxic work culture. Outdated and problematic applications. No opportunities for growth or advancement. Disregard for employee well-being. Communication breakdowns. Inadequate resources and support. Overall negative experience, wouldn't recommend.
