The environment is great. This is a great place to learn & grow, everyone is very encouraging.

My reason for leaving was because I moved about an hour away, the commute got the better of me in the end.

FMD went above and beyond in helping me maintain my employment with them. When my daughter was off from school at times she was able to come to work with me. They went above and beyond what any employer would do to ensure I was able to work comfortably and have a family life. They truly do care about their employees and clients the same. They hosted fun events monthly for employees. They actually treated their employees as family!!

I was so sad to leave and the only con about the position was that it wasn't full time. It was something that I was aware of going into the position and they worked with me as best they could.
