Pros
If willing to do nothing and no one bother you, that's your place ! Or if you already have a large experience in automotive and you are highly motivated, you'll have a loooooooots of room to implement change, as there's so much to do :)
Cons
Mexican managment is unskilled (hardskills or softskills included). Not interested in what they are doing, most often not even understanding what's happening in their plany. Absolutely not interested in peolpe. The higher in the hierarchy you go, the less people feel responsible and the more they are unable to take decisions, stick to it and make things change.
